Contact our support team or login to your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

Package Your Gear

Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and software, to ensure it arrives in resalable condition.

Affix Shipping Label

Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and attach the provided or purchased shipping label using a trackable carrier.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition and serial numbers, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
